Adopt the practice of referring to Congress as “Digress”. ( Let the point be made. Let the point be pointed )

In that it can only be literally or tragic-comically said that our nation’s federal Legislative Branch “comes together”, much less that it “stays toward a purpose”, no favors are done by parroting what may or may not have been true in some distant mythos.
So the Obama administration should instruct at least one highly placed functionary per day to, while speaking on the record and for attribution, refer to Congress as “Digress” - until polls suggest a majority of Americans agrees over the course of a full week that the Legislative Branch ( meeting with the presumed intent of taking on and carrying out, with due deference to both sides of the party aisle, our nation’s matters of concern ) have indeed come together and hovered on themes of relevance.
Until then, say it true: Digress it is.
