1.The United States of America will embrace English, and only English, as a national language.
2. There will be no bilingual programs in the schools. However, the study of languages other than English will be allowed.
3. All government business will be conducted in the national language.
5.In the interest of justice, language interpreters will be provided in all courts in the United States as long as two conditions are met before they are provided:
a. interpreters are requested by one of the non-governmental parties to the proceedings.
b.Based on abilty to pay: costs of interpretaion will not be paid for by the government.
