Adopt Term Limits in Both Houses of Congress.

It seems clear that no sitting Congressman/woman or Senator will create a law that would effectively put them out of office. And We as a nation of free thinking people in a democratic government all recognize that the those sitting there will never accomplish their job of creating, passing and upholding the law and doing the one thing most important to the people they represent; that of writing and enacting Annual Appropriations Bills. Many law-makers have made their elected office a career, some actually being there until they passed away. So the only way to improve or attempt to see things as they should be is to get those who have failed at doing their job out of office by compelling them to serve no more than two terms of office in any federally elected position.
