Many, many students in america are not getting a quality education, the current system is broken, over stressful, and in some situations, entirely nonsensical
There does not seem to be any kind of quality control, state curriculums differ to much.
And school authorities do not have anyone to answer too, leading to severe abuses of power, and something that bears an unfortunate semblance to fascism. Theres so many things wrong with it that i can not describe them all in a mere 800 characters.
It would take a much more educated man than me much more time to go through all of the problems. Just ask your teenager, or go sit in at the school for a few weeks.
