In the recent snow fall it seems all around the country the snow is artificial. When put over flames it turns black and gives off a "plastic" burnt smell. When left to melt in a dish the water is contaminated with a white "snot" consistency. Many speculations have been claimed to be at fault, "chem-trails" being the most popular. We The People need and want an explanation to why our planets atmosphere is being tempered with and to stop further destruction of our shared planet.
