Adultery in the Military

I am speaking out about a case involving my daughter-in-law who is still married to my son and has had an affair with a higher ranking officer and had a child by him. The couples are both married and with other children.
My son has left his wife now close to two years now. They are fighting for custody of their daughter, who has been abused by my daughter in law, of which are witnesses to the abuse and she has admitted the abuse to the on base police.
This story goes on.... my question is... do they not punish the Active Members for this this of law breaking in the Military???
My son has been wring everyone from the white House to the news papers. He will not stop until we get justice for his baby girl.
This active member has broke several laws and needs to be removed from duty!
