As we are a country that values family, please advance the Family Sponsored F1 through F4 VISA Priority Dates for Everyone including India, China, Mexico, and the Philippines. For some of the VISA types including a US Citizen sponsorship of their Married Sons & Daughters or Brothers and Sisters, the current processing dates are from 10 years ago for China and India (2001/2002) to close to 20 years ago for Mexico and the Philippines (1993/1994). That means a brother or sister of a US Citizen has to wait over 20 years to receive a VISA. Since Comprehensive Immigration Reform and the Dream Act may be too difficult to pass on a Federal basis, hopefully something can be done about speeding up the processing of legal petitions and reduce the wait for those family members in line.
