Advance legislation to create a new tax category for all federally elected officials with a net worth of over $990,000.

The Federal Government shall create a new federal tax category for all federally elected officials (while in office) with a net worth over $900,000 (including principal residence).

This new tax category will state that:

1. The income tax rate for this class shall be twice the highest income tax bracket for that tax year.

2. The maximum dollar amount for deductions (including charitable giving) shall be $10,000.

3. The capital gains rate for this class shall be three time the highest capital gains rate for that tax year.

4. The tax rate on dividends (including tax free dividends) shall be three time highest the rate for dividends for that tax year.

5. All married officials in this class must to file jointly.

6. All job benefits including health insurance will count as income.
