The science of Magneto Hydrodynamics allows people to convert the kinetic energy of seawater into electricity. It is easily available and zero pollution. The energy sources are cosmic in origin such as the lunar gravity that gives kinetic energy to the tides and the Geomagnetic Induced Currents that give the water charged ions and electrical flow. This Petition is to get active federal support for a technology that can effect national energy security and provide for a more independent energy infrastructure. This energy source has been observed by NASA's THEMIS project. The cosmic energy being called FTEs.
