This country's energy is a serious problem. Not only are fossil fuels becoming more expensive, but they are existing industries that are held by large corporations sitting on profits and little need for workers. Advancing solar power would not only use american resources, but would require the creation of new jobs. This will not happen due to the looming presence of oil in our economy and their desire to suppress renewable energy, but it must be done nonetheless.
