Firearms sold in the United States for use by consumers shall contain a Biometric Safety which is an electronic device in which the owner of the firearm touches a sensor on the firearm in order for the internal electronic safety to disengage. This is in addition to the manual safety.
Firearms sold to United States consumers shall also contain an electronic firing delay. This device is activated passively upon firing of the first round. A preset electronic counter/timer will then only permit three additional rounds to be fired before the firearm is stopped from firing again. After the time has lapsed, the owner can then fire additional rounds following the same protocol.
