We the people of America, feel that children who are disabled mentally and physically should be given a higher chance in succeeding in life. We must give every child of the U.S. an equal chance to live and survive in the future, to lead it into tomorrow. These children, can be, will be, America's future leaders who will lead the the fight for a future that will have equality for all with everyone having an equal chance in survival. Disabled children must be given equal chance as any other children for a great career and a magnificent life. Help them live in the world that we know is harsh and live long and guide them to prosperity. We as good people, with good hearts should do all we can to help the next generation and every generation to prosper.
