Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has made a habit of publicly threatening the American people with a "cyber-9/11" if they fail to support her and Congress' efforts to control and regulate the Internet.
Ms. Napolitano has not been able to characterize what this "cyber-9/11" attack will look like, how it is possible, and who the perpetrators would be, although we've been told ad nauseam that it will "paralyze the nation". Ms. Napolitano has no credible evidence of such an attack, and is exploiting a national tragedy to push regulations forward which the people have already rebuked during the SOPA fiasco.
We the people demand that Ms. Napolitano explain what a "cyber-9/11" attack is in lucid terms, with no vagaries or hyperbole.
