On September 8th, 1951, Yoshida Shigeru, a Japanese Prime Minister at the time signed the San Francisco Peace Treaty. The treaty was published on April 28th, 1952.
The treaty states that Japanese government recognizes the independence of Korean peninsula, Taiwan and Penghu island, Kuril island and Sakhalin of Russia.
Also, an old Japanese newpaper article has already been found and is in circulation online that states Dokdo (Takeshima, claimed by Japanese government) as Korean territory.
This issue is not only an issue between Korean and Japan, but between humanity and the truth.
Please help and advise Japanese government that they need to accept the true history and stop their false claim over Dokdo.
