Advise the people of the United States that sections 1031 and 1032 are a clear cut violation of our constitutional right

That sections 1031 and 1032 are clear cut violations of the constitutional protections provided for the rights of the people. Those sections are a blatant attempt by Congress to nullify Habeas Corpus. Under Article I, section 9, paragraph 2 of the Constitution "2: The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it." There is no rebellion or insurrection currently. We call upon the President to protect the right of Habeas Corpus and to challenge the Congress for their unconstitutional action.
