Justice Scalia has called the right to vote, one of the most cherished and fundamental rights every American enjoys, a "racial entitlement." He believes that the votes of minorities can only be cast if the established majority lets them vote. This is contrary to the fundamental core of American liberty, and clearly demonstrates a deep seated contempt on the part of Justice Scalia for the rights of individuals who might have a different point of view than he does. A Justice serves "during good behavior" according to the Constitution, and Justice Scalia has proved he can no longer do so. He should be removed from the bench.
