Advocate on behalf of older adult workers who have been laid off from employment forcing them into poverty.

Unemployed older workers forced into poverty due to being laid off and not being rehired. Millions of older workers are still able to work, but employers are reluctant to hire them. People just want to work! It is not a matter of pay, it is a matter of supporting oneself and their family. The population in America is getting older and people are living longer. Older adults can still make contributions to society. Why not advocate part-time jobs for older adults if there are no full time jobs.
