As many of us know, nearly a month ago a building in Bangladesh where workers made clothes for American companies like Walmart, Gap, H+M, JC Penney, Sears, The Children's Place, Joe Fresh and Target.
My suggestion to the President, as well as the White House staff and all of those willing to support those 1,127 that died in the garment manufacturing building collapse and the hundreds that still remain injured is that we don't buy a single garment of clothing, especially not from any of these companies that refuse to improve worker conditions for their workers overseas.
