advocate for a constitutional amendment to overrule the Supreme Court's decision that corporations are people.

Created by R.K. on September 22, 2011

The President must advocate and campaign for a constitutional amendment to overrule the over-reaching Supreme Court's decision* that corporations are people and, therefore, entitled to all constitutional rights even though they have extra-human rights, such as limited liability and exemption against imprisonment.

The amendment should be simple and effective:
"Section 1. Only natural persons shall be considered citizens of the United States.
Section 2. Un-natural entities created by man shall not enjoy the rights granted by this document except as those rights are granted by the Congress."

Then, if legislators are enlightened, the People can regain much of the power bought by corporations.
