Chelsea Humble has served as champion of the Indianapolis Smart Growth district, recently branded "Uptown." Without Mrs. Humble's leadership building on the federal Sustainable Communities Partnership designation, the district would not have nearly the momentum and the opportunities for housing and economic revitalization it does today. Let us permanently recognize Mrs. Humble's tireless work by advocating the rebranding of the district as Humbleton.
