Affidavit Of NON-Prosecution should be honored when first presented in court after verification of complaintant.

Created by A.A. on November 16, 2011

The District Attorneys office does not present to the judge because of self interests and nor does the defendants attorney which drags the case out for trial and causes a financial burden on the defendant and forces them to take a plea if they do not have the money. Its not until the trial date the case is dismissed by the state or Judge. Once the the Affidavit is confirmed with the complaintant in regards to a criminal case. In many cases Family violence. I believe this is a form of dirty politics by our own District Attorneys office.
