Criminal solicitations via Internet sites such as Craigslist.org obviously cross State lines and therefore violate Federal Law. The Administration is requested to instruct The FBI to instigate "STING" operations against scams such as those where innocent Americans are duped into cashing bogus Cashiers Checks, duped into sending money abroad to claim bogus inheritances, or any other Internet based criminal operation which involves financial harm to American Citizens. This shall include extradition from foreign countries of anyone identified as being party to the crime.
