We believe Executive Orders are to be used only in instances of clarifying or acting to further a law put forth by the Congress or the Constitution.
Additionally Executive Orders for authorization of wars in which we, The United States of America or its territories are not in imminent danger, Must have an authorized resolution from Congress.
To define the meaning of "clarifying" and "acting" in this petition:
Clarifying means to define the laws or Constitution as they are written.
Acting - to carry out or enforce the laws or Constitution as they are written.
The Executive branch cannot legally create new laws and must acknowledge this limitation.
