Affirm that states may not leave the Union, but individuals can if they so choose.

Please affirm that no state may secede from the Union. Furthermore, please affirm that unhappy citizens may leave whenever they like.

There is nothing stopping the secessionist sore losers from packing up their things and moving somewhere else. Our country will be better off without them.
