Affirm that we the people of the great state of Indiana appreciate, respect and uphold our membership in the Union.

Created by A.M. on November 27, 2012

We the people of the independent State of Indiana affirm and uphold our membership in the government of the United States.

We may not always agree with the political stance of our Commander in Chief; however, we do recognize the benefit of our membership in one peaceful nation under God.

We choose to overlook our differences and stand together with our President.

We further agree to exercise our civic duty to vote in the next presidential election. We agree that the benefits of the protection provided to us, by our federal government, as a member of the union, far exceed any benefit that would be derived in requesting a secession of our state to complete federal independence for the purposes of highlighting our disagreements with current fiscal policy.

We do NOT support civil war.
