Jasmine Nicole Nordby of Colorado Springs, a mother of a five month old little girl, is being refused her unemployment benefits after being unfairly dismissed from her role at Hobby Lobby and is being denied money that she and her five month old little girl need to live.
This is a petition to have her awarded the money she is entitled to. The allegations against this woman are unfounded and have not met their burden of proof, which in turn, does not justify their refusal of her employment benefits. (To them it does, but it's not logically consistent and doesn't really hold up as they cannot demonstrate the truth of their claim.)
