Sec. 1312(d) of the Affordable Care Act requires members of Congress and their aides to get their health insurance on the newly created insurance exchanges and pay the same premiums. The Office of Personnel Management cannot rule that they will receive a special subsidy of up to 75% of premiums payments. Members of Congress and their aides must have the same healthcare as afforded to all Americans with no specials exemptions, no subsidies, no entitlements. Congress shall pass no law for which its members and aides are not subject to and any attempt to do so shall void said law.
