The education system basically goes more than 12 years of free public schooling but then once you graduate high school you are expected to pay over 50 thousand dollars or more to continue one’s education and that isn't fair nor reasonable for those whose parents struggle day by day to even get by. The fact that college is so expensive is why students decide to get into working minimum wage jobs and help their loved ones then continue their education.
Many student drop out after high school because they cannot afford anything other than community college. Students slowly loose motivation to continue their education over time because of their financial state. If college was more affordable more students would attend and actually finish a degree making our future much brighter.
