The current administration, having determined that healthcare is a right that the citizens of the several states possess, and further determining that citizens ought not be forced to pay for this right, I propose the following legislation:
Whereas the plain text of our sacred charter sets forth the right of the people to possess firearms; and
Whereas recent Supreme Court decisions have clarified that said right is individual in nature; and
Whereas the right of the people to Protect themselves is paramount in enjoying life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; the following act of the legislature is necessary and proper in fulfilling those ends.
TITLE: The Affordable Gun Act.
You have the right to a gun. If you cannot afford a gun, a gun will be provided for you at no expense.
