After each 100 days of a Lame Duck Congress, pay for US Senators should be cut by ONE HALF. No Pay for No Work!

Created by J.J. on December 02, 2012

During the last 4 years Congress has set themselves up to be the worst since 1947. Passing just over 60 bills out of almost 4,000 this year alone.

Most Americans are not paid when they do not work or preform their jobs, yet Congress continues to receive their income paid for with taxpayer monies for their lack of performance. Congress is sent to Washington to work for the people, not their party.

After 100 days, Congressional pay should be cut in half automatically; followed by a cut for each additional 100 days of a stalemate, lame duck or fiscal cliff type stoppage.

Deliberately creating a Non-working Congress does not promote BiPartisanship and should be addressed to promote across the aisle compromise.
