Certain rogue elements in the U.S. government are purposefully disrupting function of the United States economy, national security and international credibility. The President of the US has a responsibility defending the country against enemies both foreign and domestic. It is self-evident to nearly everyone that there are certain corporate-funded corrupt politicians at work in both houses of government, and they are leveraging their power to blackmail the democratic process. As a result the dollar is falling, and credibility of the US has more or less ended. The President has only one reasonable response left - declare a state of emergence and temporarily send home both houses of government until proper democratic governance can be restored.
