AG Holden's to Congress: Banks too big to prosecute, thus, these banks MUST be broken up.

Created by D.D. on March 09, 2013

AG Holden recently testified to a congressional hearing: "I am concerned that the size of some of these institutions becomes so large that it does become difficult for us to prosecute them ... I think that is a function of the fact that some of these institutions have become too large." Thus, we petition that the President with the Congress change the law, and force these "too big to fail and now too big to prosecute" to be broken up.
