Again I am reaching out the federal government to offer relief to my incarcerated son located in Arkansas.

Kelton E'Squire Bond was sentenced to 115 years in prison for a first time non-violent drug charge, no prior prison sentences and has already served 8 years of that sentence. His four children were taken into DHS custody and one of which had been living in my home for at least 3 months prior to the bust. The court system demanded that I turn that child over to DHS custody. Not only that I was there at least 2 hours before DHS arrived to pick the other 3 children up which ranged from 1 month to 2 years. They also tried to implicate the mother whom we clearly told had just arrived from another town at least 350 miles just hours before the incident. They have served this sentence and I believe it is certainly time for some relief.
