Since 1993, when Aliyev became a President, police, guns and vandalism are controlling that country. People are trying to make a protest against government, but police in this country beating them up, putting in jail, killing some of them. Basically police can do anything, whatever they want. They can beat people, they can yell at them, they can swear. In one of protest they beat the lady and they were trying to put her to police car, and then they took her clothes off.
