The government already has enough agencies both federal, and domestic, foreign, and on the state to state level. Now the want a censer the internet that's basically what this is. They are illegally trying to go above the the law, when every lawyer will tell you read everything before you sign anything., so off of this basis alone this negates it's inception, and it's construction, and it's development, and the bill it self is now illegal. You just broke every Americans Civil Rights.
