Nowadays aging population became a serious problem in the world. The percentage of people who are over 65 is growing faster, which means, young people need to rebuild the workforce and support old people. The initial cause of aging population is Lower fertility. I think to deal this problem, I think we need to encourage people to have more than one kid, this is the basic way to deal with aging population now.
