Due to the Killer Whales that have been held in captivity for so long (not just Sea World but by other national marine parks across the world), my theory to this would be to set all of the orcas free in the wild with 100 sq mi (or more) for each whale to have their own wild ocean environment. There's a lot of different species of orcas and sense in the past years of not only attack on humans but also each other due to frustration of the environment it's self. Not only do Killer Whales that live in the wild swim at least a 100 miles a day, they are very similar to humans (as of only one pairs of teeth and socialization etc.)
