Long Island consist and remains Long Island is the most populated island in any US State or territory, and the 17th-most populous island in the world (ahead of Ireland, Jamaica, and Hokkaidō). It is said that a third of the Island's taxes goes straight to the state. The reason why this matter keeps popping up as a problem for New York is that:
1. Infrastructure will take months
2. Queens and Brooklyn will no Longer be under New York City's government's control
3. Taxes will be relied upon their most famous city for income
If Long Island becomes a state or in favor for becoming a State, possibility for the populations is endless. People from Connecticut come there to work for their jobs. L. I. has jobs and plenty more both agricultural and economical. Please sign that LI can be a state.
