To agree that the United States will take no military action against Syria without U.N. support.

The United States agrees not to use military action in any form against Syria until the United Nation's report is completed and the evidence gathered confirms, beyond doubt, that the Syrian government, Assad's government/regime was behind the chemical attacks. This petition aims to ensure the Obama Administration, and as such, The United States of America, does not use any military action against Syria without full support from the members of the United Nations. Should the evidence confirm the chemical attacks were carried out by Assad and the Syrian government, President Obama may request approval from Congress and, upon Congressional approval, the United States shall act in a supporting role with the United Nations in any action taken against Syria.
