Please forbid, deny and disapprove all United States assistance to the corrupt Government of Mexico, hereto provided under H.R.6028 - "Merida Initiative to Combat Illicit Narcotics and Reduce Organized Crime Authorization Act of 2008," pursuant to documented, willful and malicious Mexican government violations and crimes of genocide against the people of Mexico. Please deny any possible US support for Mexican government use of secret and overt military assets against the Mexican civilian population.
