We hereby ask the administration to open bases in Kurdistan Region and in Jazira (Cizire) Canton to be more able to provide all types of aid during
this crisis.
The Humanitarian emergency in Kurdish Regions (Sinjar and Kobane) and elsewhere in Iraq and Syria continue to unfold.
While we pay tribute to all other countries that are assisting in saving lives, there is still more that can be done to prevent further deaths, rapes and injuries.
The Yazidis and other refugees need shelter, food, water,
medical attention, but first and foremost protection.
