More than 7,000 Rwandan beggars,homeless people, and other "undesirables" of society are being unlawfully locked up to clean up the image of this nations' capital. Thousands of citizens are being detained and taken from their families for several months. They are condemned to live in filthy and deplorable conditions. This is a call for aid to those who need it today.
