Of course the pressing issues in Flint do not need any introduction. People have been left helpless without much way of changing their situation. It goes without saying that no one should have to fear the faucet from which they used to receive clean water from. We ask that any assistance that the Army Corp of Engineers can provide be given to the city. The cost will be enormous, but the reasoning would far out way the monetary expense. Even the House of Representatives does not appreciate slightly elevated lead levels in their water. Why should it be okay that an entire city not have clean water?
