There are 11 Orcas trapped in the Canadian Bay in Quebec, Canada. We the People believe that our tax dollars used to help the whales would be money worth investing. The animals of the world have to share with us, the least we as humans can do, is help them when we have the technology and power to do so. The following signatures are asking you to do the right thing and save these beautiful creatures, with the cooperation of Canada of course. DO SOMETHING BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!
