Aid Sea Shepherd and other anti-whaling groups that are fighting Japanese whalers in the Southern Ocean Sanctuary.

The International Whaling Commission has banned all whaling in the Southern Ocean Sanctuary, but there is no enforcement of these laws. In accordance with the United Nations World Charter for Nature, Sections 21-24 provides authority to individuals to act on behalf of and enforce international conservation laws. Recently, The US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Sea Shepherd activities are clear instances of violent acts for private ends. My question for them is this: how is protecting a harmless species of animals that can not protect themselves considered a private end? The US has the power and authority to enforce laws in the South Ocean Sanctuary, but they choose not to. In all definitions of the word, this is the most immoral act.
