aim the next Stimulus Package at middle and lower class Americans and create a Trickle Up Economy with this simple plan.

Created by J.C. on September 12, 2012

The billions spent on the last stimulus package could have paid off all the mortgages in the United States rather than been given to the wealthy bankers. The next stimulus package will pay off mortgages on rental properties for owners that opt-in. In exchange these owners will sign a contract to cut their rental fees in half for the life of their initial loans. Tenants will then be able to keep half of their rent money, taking care of their own needs while investing in their own futures. Homeowners will be able to invest their savings in their homes and surrounding infrastructure. This will stimulate spending, beautification and sustainability in our communities. Rent increases over the life of existing bank notes can only be made to cover inflation.
