Air drop radios to the North Korean people in retaliation for the recent cyber attack and terror threat

We propose that the US government distribute hand-held or portable radios to the North Korean people in retaliation for the recent cyber attack on Sony Pictures and the simultaneous terror threat perpetrated against the United States of America by the government of North Korea. This would be an effective retaliation since the North Korean government relies on ignorance to control the population.
