Immediate military action is necessary to protect these two groups from being cleansed from the region. Additionally several historical and religious sites are being threatened and deserve to be protected . Seeing as how the kurdish and iraqi governments have already asked for military support we need only recieve the commander is chiefs order to move forward. Our allies and enemies need to know that we will oppose oppression and genocide, wherever we encounter it, without preconditions.
