IS is gaining territory in Iraq and Syria. The Obama administration was carrying airstrikes in Iraq, but not in Syria. When President Obama started carrying airstrikes in Syria, where the IS also gained territory, Syria's president Assad, took advantage of this and started dropping barrel bombs on its civilians. Since then Syrian people think the United States is against them, because taking advantage of the airstrikes in Syria, President Assad is attacking Syrian civilians with barrel bombs.
What should be done for Syrian President Assad to stop attacking Syrian civilians.
Assad begun many years ago dropping nuclear weapons on its civilians. Russia and China are in favour of Assad.
