Al-Maliki ( the former of Iraq prime-Minister) has killed many many of Iraqi civilians people during the period of his chairman in Cabent. He couldn't deal in right way with problems or issues related with protests in the 6 Sunnis provinces. He had the chance to cool down everything by agreeing to the protest's rights. But unfortunately he was so aggressive with them and started a war that have no end. Lastly he lost a lot of areas in that provinces and that areas now is belong to the terrorists that are the double face to Al-Maliki. Most of Iraq citizens whom killed during 2006-2014 he is responsible for that. We can say Al-Maliki and ISIL were destroying the Iraq. But other wise Sunnis will do nothing with ISIL because the feel that terrorist badly action is less than Al-Maliki act.
